2. Description of Services

BlueSky Maintenance provides elite workforce solutions, including but not limited to:

• Facility Management Staffing: Provision of technicians, janitorial staff, and maintenance supervisors.
• Corporate Recruitment: Sourcing and placement of administrative and executive personnel.
• Consultancy: HR strategy and workforce optimization planning.

We act as an intermediary connecting organizations with qualified professionals. While we vet candidates rigorously, the final decision to hire rests with the Client.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure successful service delivery, the Client agrees to:

3.1 Accurate Information

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding job descriptions, workplace safety standards, and specific skill requirements.

3.2 Safety Standards

Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel deployed by BlueSky Maintenance, adhering to all local labor laws and OSHA regulations.

4. Payment & Fees

Service fees are determined based on the scope of the staffing agreement or maintenance contract.

• Invoices are generated monthly or upon successful candidate placement.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may incur a surcharge of 1.5% per month.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlueSky Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Intellectual Property & Privacy

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BlueSky Maintenance. We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
