To ensure successful service delivery, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding job descriptions, workplace safety standards, and specific skill requirements.
Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel deployed by BlueSky Maintenance, adhering to all local labor laws and OSHA regulations.
Service fees are determined based on the scope of the staffing agreement or maintenance contract.
BlueSky Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
